The search, during which the explosive device was found, was conducted by power agents today in a house in Naneishvili Street, a local resident told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent on condition of anonymity.
"Residents of nearby houses were evacuated; and power agents destroyed the explosive device on the spot," he said.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in summer of 2015 a grouping led by Abutdin Khanmagomedov, according to power agents, swore allegiance to the IS.
