Native of Dagestan arrested on suspicion of killing policeman
Ruslan Parsilaev, suspected of killing the Moscow policeman Victor Razudalov, was accused of aiding militants.
The "Caucasian Knot" wrote that Police Lieutenant Victor Razudalov was killed in Moscow on November 6, when he tried to check documents of three suspicious men. Ruslan Parsilaev, a native of the village of Babayurt, was detained on suspicion of committing the murder; and his fellow villagers Azamat Shikhavov and Zavur Khamutaev were declared wanted; they are also wanted for killing power agents in Dagestan. Razudalov was buried in Moscow on November 9.
According to investigators, Parsilaev had provided help to militants; in particular, he provided them with housing, foodstuffs, and transport and communication means. A criminal case was opened against him under article "Aiding in the activities of an illegal armed formation", the RAPSI reports.
Today, the Presnya Court of Moscow has granted the investigators' petition and arrested Ruslan Parsilaev until January 12, 2016.
The whereabouts of Shikhavov and Khamutaev have not been established yet, the TASS reports, quoting Andrei Galiakberov, the head of the press service of the Chief Department for Moscow of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
Let us remind you that the MIA has promised three million roubles for any information that will help to detain the suspects of killing Victor Razudalov.
