The first Alpine skiing track in Ingushetia presented in Moscow

A presentation of the first Alpine skiing track in Armkhi, Ingushetia, passed off in Moscow within the framework of creation of North-Caucasian tourist cluster.

The health resort of Armkhi will consist of an Alpine skiing track 1200 meters long and a two-seat cable-way of 600 meters. The beginning of the track is located near “Armkhi” complex where a ski rental agency and embarkation on the hoister will be functioning. One of the advantages of the health resort is its location close to two airports at the same time. Opening of the object is planned on February, 5.

According to Head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov, this season  skiing for lovers of Alpine skiing will be free of charge. Accommodation in the hotel will cost about three thousand rubles a day. In the future the price on subscription will make 500 rubles and accommodation cost is planned to be reduced to two thousand rubles a day.

With only one Alpine skiing track Armkhi does not aspire to the status of a health resort. “We have a potential, we have plans and in the future we are going to construct five more Alpine skiing tracks”, Senator from Ingushetia Ahmet Palankoev declared.
