In Makhachkala, suspected militant killed in CTO
During the assault on a five-storey building located in Shamil Avenue in Makhachkala, one person killed. According to the preliminary data, he was identified as Nabi Nabiev. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by a representative of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) for Dagestan.
Today, residents of the building were evacuated because of the counterterrorist operation (CTO). As a result of negotiations, two of the three suspected members of an illegal armed formation (IAF) surrendered to power agents, and the third person refused, then, power agents began to assault the apartment.
According to the information of a source in the Dagestani law enforcement bodies, the killed man was one of the suspects of the murder of Judge Magomed Magomedov.
"The killed man was preliminary identified as Nabi Nabiev, a resident of Makhachkala, born in 1986. His wife left the apartment prior to the assault. He himself refused to surrender," the "Interfax" quotes a source at the Investigating Department of the ICRF.
