A man suspected in the murder of a policeman's children in the village of Belidji of the Derbent District of Dagestan was arrested for two months. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by a representative of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) for Dagestan.
On February 13, officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for Dagestan stated that the suspected murderer was Khussein Ferzaliev, a 20-year-old resident of the village of Rubas who, according to the police, made a confession.
"On February 14, a court session was held on which the court pronounced to him the pre-trial restriction measure in the form of arrest for two months," said the representative of the Investigating Department of the ICRF.
In the near future, Khussein Ferzaliev will face a charge. This was reported by the "Interfax" with reference to a representative of the Investigating Committee.
To avoid mob punishment, about 100 policemen keep the peace in the city of Derbent and the village of Belidji.
