Suspected member of extremist grouping killed in Kaspiisk
A suspected member of the extremist grouping "Kaspiiskaya" opened fire on policemen and was killed in a shootout. This was reported by the District Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
According to the law enforcers' information, Sirazhudin Magomedov, a 39-year-old resident of Kaspiisk, was blocked near the house No. 7 located in Nazarov Street. When the policemen tried to check his documents, the man opened fire on them and he was killed by return shots.
Officials from the MIA believe that Sirazhudin Magomedov was an accomplice to a local extremist grouping "Kaspiiskaya". "Until Khiyasov brothers, active members of the criminal grouping, were killed last year, he permanently fulfilled their orders, transported them in his own transport and supplied them with food and medicines. He often played the role of a messenger to transmit information between regional extremist groupings," reports the statement posted on the website of the MIA for the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD).
