In Dagestan, persons detained for distributing leaflets calling not to celebrate New Year released

Today, in Khasavyurt, three participants of action on distribution of leaflets calling not to celebrate the New Year were released from IVS (temporary detention facility).

On December 27, policemen of Khasavyurt detained 10 persons who handed out to local residents the leaflets "On position of the New Year holiday in Islam". Six of them were released on the same day, and one more person another man was released on December 29.

Today, last three detainees were released from the Khasavyurt IVS. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Magomed Khuchbarov, a relative of one of the detainees, a resident of the village of Chontaul of the Kizilyurt District.

He has stated that his second cousin Magomed Abdulkerimov was released from the IVS in connection with the expiration of the term of his administrative arrest. Two more persons were released together with him.
