Group "Power and Its Mistakes" is the most active commentator of "Caucasian Knot" in 2012

The "Caucasian Knot" has decided to mark and thank – by the outcomes of the year – the most active and interesting, in our opinion, commentators of our materials. Our moderators have appointed winners in four thematic groups. The prize winners will be awarded with portable USB-connected hard drive having capacity of 1 TB.

The "Caucasian Knot" is rating its registered readers, who are actively commenting on the material; and when evaluating our commentators, we took into account not their separate comments, but their active behaviour and positioning during the year as a whole.

The members of the groups were evaluated by a number of criteria: how active the commentator was defending his or her point of view without insulting the opponents; how important and socially significant the discussed event is; to what extent the comments matches the applied topic of the material; and to what degree the criticism is duly supported by arguments.

The prize winners in the Group "Power and Its Mistakes" were the users 789z, guran, femina, Rrezuan and Beka, who have attracted the moderators' attention by their critical remarks against the system of power, miscalculations and mistakes committed by the leadership of the state and its regions.

The prize-winners in the other three groups – "Religion and Traditions", "Extremism in Northern Caucasus" and "Problems of State and Society" – can be found on the forum of the Russian version of the "Caucasian Knot".
