David Usupashvili, Chairman of the Parliament, has announced at the meeting that the Parliament will repeatedly send the draft law "On Amnesty" to the President for signing, if Mikhail Saakashvili refuses to sign it, then the right of signing of the draft law passes the Chairman of the Parliament.
