Volgograd hosts action against policemen's anonymity

Boris Stikhin, an activist of the regional branch of the International Union of Anarchists, and Maria Turovets, an activist of the public campaign in defence of Volgograd embankment, held an action aimed at checking policemen's documents, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

"The idea of the action is to verify the IDs and breast badges of policemen," the organizers wrote in social networks, inviting the public to join the action.

In Volgograd, such action has been held for the second time. The first time it took place on September 29. Its organizers then noted that it was peaceful, although some policemen had no breast badges on them.
