In Astrakhan, court marshals start evicting Porfiriev family out of their house

Today, court marshals, a representative of the administration of the Sovietskiy District and policemen appeared at No. 14 Amurskaya Street in Astrakhan, aiming to evict the Porfiriev family out of their house.

The court marshal Veronika Duenova has demonstrated a fax from the registration service of the Sovietskiy District telling that nobody has been registered in the house.

An ambulance was called to the head of the family.

Andrei Spitsin, the Ombudsman for the Astrakhan region, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that he keeps the situation under control and appealed to the Federal Service of Court Marshals of Russia in the Astrakhan Region on delay of the execution of the judgment.

The Porfiriev family is evicted from the house under court decision with their small baby. The litigation around the house has been on for five years, since the local authorities had decided to alienate the land plot where the house is located for the needs of the city. The Porfirievs claim that no agreement on the terms of alienation had been reached between them and the administration of Astrakhan; and in the case of eviction they have nowhere to go.
