In Quarter 4 of 2012, nobody suffered from the armed conflict in the Stavropol Territory

In the Stavropol Territory, in October, November and December 2012, there were no victims in the course of the armed conflict ongoing in Northern Caucasus. This is the information of the "Caucasian Knot", based on its own materials and information from other open sources.

In the first quarter of 2012, the Stavropol Territory had one victim of the armed conflict, who was wounded. In the second quarter of 2012, 11 persons in the territory fell victim to the armed conflict; of them, nine persons perished and two more were wounded. In the third quarter of 2012, there were no victims.

The above statistics is unable to reflect, with a 100-percent precision, the number of victims under each of the categories specified in the report. Not all the data gets into news reports. It is not always possible to verify the truthfulness of the statements made by law-enforcement bodies.

In 2011, in the Stavropol Territory, 24 victims of the armed conflict included 17 casualties and seven wounded persons.
