In Quarter 4 of 2012, Ingushetia had 28 victims of the armed conflict

In Ingushetia, in October, November and December 2012, at least 28 persons fell victim to the armed conflict ongoing in Northern Caucasus; of them, 15 persons were killed and 13 more were wounded. These are the results of the calculations made by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other open sources.

The death toll includes six employees of law-enforcement bodies, seven persons, involved, according to information of law-enforcement bodies, in the armed underground, and two civilians.

The list of wounded persons includes ten employees of law-enforcement bodies and three civilians.

In October, Ingushetia had 18 victims of the armed conflict; of whom eight persons were killed and ten more wounded. In November, there were two victims: one was killed and one more wounded. In December, the republic had eight victims, including six casualties and two more wounded persons.

The above statistics is unable to reflect, with a 100-percent precision, the number of victims under each of the categories specified in the report. Not all the data gets into news reports. It is not always possible to verify the truthfulness of the statements made by law-enforcement bodies.

In the first quarter of 2012, under the calculations of the "Caucasian Knot", at least 16 persons fell victim to the armed conflict in Ingushetia, including nine killed and seven wounded persons. During the second quarter, at least 36 persons suffered, including 14 killed and 22 wounded persons. During the third quarter, at least 83 persons suffered, including 41 casualties and 42 wounded persons.

In 2011, at least 108 persons suffered; of whom 70 were killed and 38 more were wounded.
