Ex-Minister of Defence of Georgia Irakli Okruashvili and his attorney Zviad Kordzadze were shown physical evidence on the criminal case of creation of a paramilitary group.
Irakli Okruashvili who earlier received political asylum in France returned to Georgia in November of 2012. Charges of creation of paramilitary groups, money laundering, service negligence and abuse of authority were brought against him.
During trial on the case of creation of a paramilitary group on January, 16, the prosecution party did not produce physical evidence explaining that is was unsafe to bring these explosives and arms to the courtroom, therefore they were shown in “Module” building.
