Two Dolakovo villagers killed by mistake; one more wounded and kidnapped by power agents, their relatives assert

During the special operation in Dolakovo, power agents mistakenly killed the locals Khavazh Ozdoev and Arthur Pliev and wounded and kidnapped Adam Ozdoev, said Ozdoev's sister Zareta and Pliev's brother Amir.

Adam Ozdoev was wounded during a skirmish in Dolakovo and hospitalized, said local residents. The text of his sister's appeal was posted by Magomed Mutsolgov, the head of Ingush human rights organization "MASHR", on his blog that he runs on the "Caucasian Knot".

"I personally saw all the events described by me; and neither Khavazh, nor Adam and nor Arthur had any firearms; the fore was delivered only by the power agents who attacked our house," Zareta Ozdoeva writes.

She claims that her brothers were not involved to any crimes; they were unarmed and posed no danger and threat to others. "From the pages and screens of mass media my brothers are called criminals; they are trying to hide the mistake of power agents and the killing of innocent Khavazh and Arthur," writes Zareta Ozdoeva.

In his statement, also posted by Magomed Mutsolgov, Amir Pliev asserts that Arthur Pliev was on his way to the morning prayer (namaz), when he was shot dead.

"Neither Khavazh, nor Adam and nor Arthur had any weapons; only the attacking power agents were shooting. My brothers demonstrated no resistance and exposed no threat," writes Amir Pliev.
