Eyewitness of Budanov's murder tells court how killer fled the scene
Today, at the Moscow City Court, which is considering the murder case of former Colonel Yuri Budanov, the prosecutor questioned the eyewitness of a crime, which confirmed that the killer fled away from the scene in a Mitsubishi Lancer car.
The defendant Yusuf Temerkhanov was in the courtroom. Before the start of the session, where a jury takes place, he communicated from the "aquarium" with his advocates, smiling and looking cheerful.
The witness Ruslan Przhewalskiy was the first to be questioned by prosecutors. He told the court that he "saw a man who came out of a light-colour foreign-made car, and after the pops again got into it and drove away; I didn't see the moment of shooting, I only heard at least five pops."
According to his story, the car windows were tinting; and the car was foreign-made.
