Five persons killed in CTO in Ingushetia
In the course of a counterterrorist operation (CTO) conducted in the Ingush village of Dolakovo four militants were killed, namely: brothers Adam and Khalas Ozdoev, Ibragim Mestoev and Yakub Mankiev, the Russian National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) has reported. Djambulat Amirarslanov, the commander of a scout company of the Internal Troops of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) was also killed.
According to the police, power agents were shelled when checking private houses. The building, from which the fire was delivered, was blocked, as the ITAR-TASS quotes the NAC's statement.
So far, the "Caucasian Knot" has no comments of relatives of Ozdoev brothers, Ibragim Mestoev and Yakub Mankiev on their involvement in the bandit underground.
"During the armed clash, the group of militants blocked in the house attempted to break through, by taking advantage of the fire. At the blocking line near the forest they were met by the fire opened by Major Amirarslanov, who thus showed the way the militants were retreating. In the course of a close fire contact the officer was shot in his head and shoulder," says a message posted on the official website of the Russia's MIA.
The deceased officer had a wife and two children.
