Ruslan Djappuev: my pregnant daughter was in blocked house in Tyrnyauz

Ruslan Djappuev, a resident of the village of Bylym, insists that his pregnant daughter Indira Djappueva and her father-in-law were inside the private house in the city of Tyrnyauz, where a special operation was conducted.

The counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime was introduced in Tyrnyauz at night on December 12: a private house was blocked; and when it was stormed one power agent was killed and two more were wounded; also, four militants were shot dead. Three of them were identified, and one of them – as Marat Tebuev, a resident of the city. In his comment on the news about the special operation, a reader of the "Caucasian Knot" wrote about a dead pregnant woman. Nobody of civilians was hurt in the operation, an employee of the Centre "E" said.

Indira, 25, who was four months pregnant, was the wife of Marat Tebuev, as Ruslan Djappuev told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. According to his story, since the start of the special operation no news was received from her.

"I am sure that during the operation, Indira was in the house – there was no other place for her," said Djappuev. "Apart from her, her father-in-law – Marat's father – was in the house. They were killed together with other people who were in the house."
