During the trial on the case of Budanov’s murder Public Prosecutor’s office interrogated an investigator

Trial on the case of colonel Yuri Budanov’s murder on June, 10, 2011, was continued in Moscow city court today. An investigator who participated in search of the defendant’s flat was among the witnesses interrogated in court.

The personnel of the notary's office where Yuri Budanov and his wife notarized a permission of their underage daughter’s going abroad on the day of the murder evidenced in court today.

State prosecution also interrogated an investigator who participated in search of the flat of native of Chechnya Yusup Temerkhanov in Pyriev street of Moscow where the defendant lived before he was taken into custody.

It should be mentioned that at the trial on the case on December, 12, secret witnesses recognized Temerkhanov as the murderer during interrogation.

According to the investigation’s version, Temerkhanov killed Budanov out of revenge for his father shot down by servicemen. However, according to the defendant’s attorneys, he was not even acquainted with Yuri Budanov. In the lawyers’ opinion, “Budanov was killed for murder of Elza Kungaeva”.
