At Budanov's murder trial, secret witnesses recognize the suspect
Today, the Moscow City Court has held a session on the Yuri Budanov's murder case, were two secret witnesses gave their testimonies; they identified the defendant Yusup Temerkhanov as the person shooting at Budanov.
Let us remind you that Yuri Budanov was killed on June 10, 2011. In August 2011, Yusup Temerkhanov, a native of Chechnya, was arrested as a suspect of committing the murder; however, he refused to plead guilty.
In the course of interrogation, the first eyewitness, presented to the court under the nickname of "Dmitry", said that he "had seen Temerkhanov in the place of Yuri Budanov's murder, who was shooting at the man lying on the asphalt."
The second witness was presented to the court under the nickname "Mechta". He also recognized the defendant and stated that he had seen him in the crime venue in Komsomolsky Avenue in Moscow (the place where Budanov was shot dead, – note of the "Caucasian Knot").
According to his story, the criminal was wearing a cap; the witness could not see the face; while at the preliminary investigation he recognized him by a specific walk. At the court session, the witness has also immediately recognized Temerkhanov.
