Akhmed Bilalov expelled from commission on socio-economic development of NCFD
The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree to expel Akhmed Bilalov, the former chairman of the board of directors of the Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "Resorts of Northern Caucasus", from the governmental commission on socio-economic development of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD).
The commission was formed in December 2010 as a coordinating body for the federal and regional agencies involved in development of the NCFD.
The Government Decree No. 397-r of March 20 on Bilalov's exclusion has been posted today on the official web portal of legal information.
So far, no Bilalov's comments on his exclusion from the commission have appeared.
In February, Akhmed Bilalov resigned from his two high posts – of the Vice President of the Russia's Olympic Committee and the President of the OJSC "Resorts of Northern Caucasus". In March, the Prosecutor's Office revealed facts of tax scam at the OJSC "Resorts of Northern Caucasus "; while the Russian Audit Chamber revealed unreasonable and inefficient spending of budget funds.
