Ingush authorities allot 42 million roubles to rent housing for forced migrants from Chechnya
About 42 million roubles have been allotted in the budget of Ingushetia as compensations for rental of housing for displaced residents of Chechnya. It was announced at the meeting of the head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov with Alexander Levin, Deputy Head of the Department of the Russia's Federal Migration Service (FMS) for Promoting Integration.
As noted by Mr Evkurov, since the republic had begun building homes for those displaced people who decided to stay in Ingushetia, the list has grown considerably. He proposed to synchronize the database of the federal and regional authorities, the official website of Ingushetia reports.
Earlier, Yunus-Bek Evkurov said in his interview to the "Caucasian Knot" that the government helps the migrants. "The budget of the republic gives them five thousand roubles a month to rent housing facilities," said Evkurov.
