At the process Fuza Makhotlova versus MIA of KBR court appoints complex examination
At the consideration of the suit lodged by Fuza Makhotlova, a resident of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), against the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the KBR on protection of her honour and dignity and compensation of moral harm caused by an erroneous putting her on the wanted list as a suicide bomber, the court has granted the advocate's motion to appoint a complex forensic and psychological-psychiatric examination.
In December 2011, the Centre for Counteracting Extremism (known as Centre "E") of the KBR's MIA disseminated an orientation message about Makhotlova as a suicide bomber. On the voting day, the message was pasted at all polling stations of the republic. According to Makhotlova, as a result she suffered a stress, and her health deteriorated.
The woman was repeatedly treated at the hospital in Nalchik, and is still treated there. All of her business partners, and Makhotlova was a minor entrepreneur, refused to cooperate with her. She is now means of existence and cannot find any job.
As explained by the lawyer Boris Marshenov, the above examination is needed to establish the causal links between the disease of his client and the above orientation message that she had allegedly been a female suicide bomber.
