Indictment on case of scuffle at "Evropeisky" approved
The criminal case opened after a scuffle near the Shopping Centre "Evropeisky" in Moscow has been sent to the Moscow City Court (MCC), the General Prosecutor's Office of Russia reports.
The conflict near the "Evropeisky" with participation of natives of Northern Caucasus and football fans burst out on June 5, 2012; three persons suffered.
"The Moscow Prosecutor's Office has approved the indictment on the criminal case against the 23-year-old Bekkhan Rizvanov, a student of a Moscow higher school. Similar charges were brought against the 22-year-old Magomed Eldiev, an employee of the UFSSP (Department of the Federal Service of Court Marshals) for Moscow," said an employee of the Prosecutor's Office.
Both are charged with attempted murder, committed by a group of persons out of hooliganism. Today, the case was sent to the MCC. Defendant Rizvanov wished to have his case heard by a jury, the "Interfax" reports.
Eldiev has been put on the international wanted list, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
