From the total amount of the funds, transferred to the volunteer Yandex purse "Help Derbent", the activists spent 60,000 roubles for the purchase of essential goods.

The activists spent 60,000 roubles out of 160,000 roubles, transferred to the Yandex purse "Help Derbent", to buy 20 heaters, 22 pillows, 20 blankets, and 250 kilograms of food. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Luiza Dibirova, the coordinator of the "Civil Corps of Volunteers".

All purchased humanitarian aid has already been distributed to the victims. At the moment, according to Luiza Dibirova, the volunteers are cashing the remaining money to continue the purchase of humanitarian aid on the coming days.

According to the volunteers, people willingly take the things. First aid is provided to those city residents, whose houses suffered most during the flooding. During recent week, the activists went around the city and compiled the list, on which they put names and addresses Derbent residents, listing them starting with the most affected persons, whose houses were completely or almost completely destroyed, till persons of less need of humanitarian aid.

Journalist Nurlan Aliev has reported that the activists will also spend the remaining money, transferred to the Yandex purse, to purchase heaters, clothes, and bedding.

"Of food, we buy pasta, cereals, and canned meat. The amount is substantially greater, and, therefore, we will buy more things," Nurlan Aliev told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
