Ingushetia: defence challenges arrest of five "Mekhk-Kkhel" activists
Today, the judicial district No. 18 in Nazran received a complaint, filed against the decision of the Magistrate Judge Alikhan Tomov with regard to five members of the regional public movement "Mekhk-Kkhel", arrested for 15 days for disobeying policemen. This was reported by lawyer Sergey Pozhidaev.
According to Sergey Pozhidaev, the defence collected the necessary documents to prove the unlawfulness of the court decision.
The complaint of the lawyer Sergey Pozhidaev was accepted, and it would be sent to the higher court to the Magass District Court. This was explained to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent at the judicial district No. 18.
According to Idris Abadiev, the leader of the "Mekhk-Kkhel", all figurants of the case under arrest, stopped the hunger strike because of sharply deteriorating health.
