Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who leads Al Qaeda's operations on the territory of Iraq, recorded an audio appeal about a month ago, cassettes with which are distributed among Islamic radical organizations all over the world. In his speech, al-Zarqawi calls upon "all the Jihad fighters" to go to Iraq to wage "holy war" under his command their, reported Roland Jacquard, a French expert in the problem of terrorism. According to his data, al-Zarqawi intends to transfer from 1.5 to 2 thousand fighters who stay on the territory of Chechnya now to Iraq.

Last week, US special services intercepted a latter addressed, as they believe, by al-Zarqawi to the leaders of Al Qaeda. In his massage, he, in particular, states the tactics of struggle against US servicemen and Iraqis collaborating with them that implies the help of suicide terrorists. Besides, al-Zarqawi offered Al Qaeda to arrange a religious war between representatives of different trends in Islam in order to destabilize the situation in Iraq.
