Leader of Dashnaktsutyun: Karabakh needs to establish dialogue with neighbors

The leader of the Dashnaktsutyun (Nagorny Karabakh) parliamentary faction, Vagram Balayan, believes that the European countries and the United States which perform a mediatorial mission in the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are not inclined to initiate hostilities in the conflict zone. Nevertheless the Karabakh parliamentarian thinks that in the context of the Baku-Jeikhan oil pipeline construction, the interested countries may force the Armenian side to accept certain variants of the resolution. In Mr Balayan's opinion, the way out of the situation is to establish dialogue with neighboring countries, in particular, with Moslem ones.
