Shein received the verdicts of the courts dismissing his claim of annulment of the results of Mayor’s election
Sovietsky, Trusovsky, Kirov and Lenin courts of Astrakhan issued the whereas clauses of their verdicts of dismissal of the claims of annulment of the results of Mayor’s election of March, 4, to Oleg Shein.
“So, we received the verdicts”, Shein wrote in his blog on LiveJournal on Jule, 30
“In brief, the essence is like this: the courts acknowledged that the observers were not shown marks in the ballot papers during both sorting and counting”, ex-candidate for Mayor’s office said.
“However, the above mentioned actions during both sorting and counting the ballot papers did not influence the results of voting because they did not allow to misrepresent the electorate’s real will”, Shein quotes the text of the judgments.
“It is remarkable! In Russia one can find out the electors’ real will even independent on who they voted for”, ex-candidate for Mayor’s office remarks ironically.
“The whereas clauses in all the courts coincide with one another in text. The courts acknowledged that violations did take place”, “Interfax-Yug” quotes Shein.
