The court in Tuapse sentenced a local resident accused of blowout of a car belonging to "Environmental Watch" to one year of custody

On July, 18, the court in Tuapse acknowledged local resident Maxim Butov accused of blowout of a car belonging to activists of "Environmental Watch on North Caucasus" guilty during a trial on Suren Gazaryan and Evgeny Vitishko's case.

Judge Kutakov sentenced Butov to one year of custody in a strict regime colony and a fine of 25 thousand rubles.

The defendant was taken into custody in the courtroom.

Butov himself acknowledged his guilt explaining that he acted out of " personal animosity".
