Mikhail Saakashvili: "2004 is the last year when Tskhinvali does not take part in Georgian presidential elections"

Mikhail Saakashvili, a Georgian presidential contender and leader of the National Movement, visited the capital of South Osetia, Tskhinvali, on January 3. There he met local residents. He announced at the meeting that 2004 was the last year when Tskhinvali did not take part in Georgian presidential elections. Mikhail Saakashvili's trip to the capital of South Osetia was short and had no excesses.
