Azerbaijan party did not lead OSCE monitoring group to its advanced positions again

On November 28, OSCE officers held a regular monitoring of the Mardakertsky sector of the contact line between Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces. No incidents occurred during the action. Meanwhile, despite the agreement, the Azerbaijan party did not lead the OSCE monitoring group again to its advanced positions, which earlier had been unduly moved ahead to the Nagorno-Karabakh defensive positions.
