Victim in Ruslan Yamadaev murder case recognizes one of defendants
General Sergey Kizyun, who suffered during the murder of the former State Duma Deputy Ruslan Yamadaev in September 2008, asserts that he has identified one of the defendants as Ruslan's killer by his eyes.
The General evidenced at the Moscow City Court by means of audio conference, but he could see the defendants and participants of the process. According to his story, when he saw the hazel-green eyes of the gunman, he had no more doubts that Aslanbek Dadaev was the killer, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
The defence doubts the General's evidences, as the gunman was in a mask. "It's doubtful that a person can be identified in such manner, especially when a gun is pointed at you," said a defence representative.
Isa Yamadaev, Ruslan's brother, said, in his turn, that he is sure that the defendants are guilty. According to his story, he made this conclusion after studying the materials of the case. Isa is also sure that the order to assassinate his brother was given personally by President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.
