MCC: suspects of murdering Ruslan Yamadaev refuse to plead guilty

The Moscow City Court (MCC) held a closed preliminary hearing on the case on murdering in September 2009 of the ex-deputy of the State Duma, Hero of Russia Ruslan Yamadaev.

The criminal case of Ruslan Yamadaev's murder and attempt at Sergey Kizyun, under which Aslanbek Dadaev and Elimpasha Khatsuev are accused of murder and Timur Isaev - of a murder attempt, was sent to the MCC, together with the bill of particulars, for consideration on the merits in early June.

At the first session none of them has admitted his guilt. The session on the merits is appointed on June 23, as the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.
