In Azerbaijan, consideration of bloggers' complaint postponed again

Today, the consideration of the appeal complaint lodged by young bloggers' Emin Milli and Adnan Gadjizade was again postponed by the Baku Appeal Court.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, the reason of delay was the absence of Elton Guliev, Milli's advocate, who was busy in another process at the Court on Grave Crimes.

In this context, Isakhan Ashurov, Gadzhizade's advocate, asked the judge to postpone the session.

In his turn, Judge Gail Mamedov said that "there is no sense to protract the process and it's high time to complete the case."

Nevertheless, he satisfied the petition of the defence and appointed the next session on February 17, at 3:00 p.m.

Let us note here that the defendants were brought to the courtroom, but the victims were absent.
