In Ingushetia, 11 evicted families manage to get back to their barracks
Eleven families, ten of them being forced migrants from the Prigorodny District of North Ossetia and Chechnya, who had been earlier evicted by the decision of the Malgobek District Court from their barrack-type houses in Yuzny settlement of the Malgobek District, received a chance to get back into their barracks. This was reported to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by a member of the Public Commission of Human Rights at the President of the Republic.
"People managed to return to their barracks, because the decision of the court on their eviction was temporarily suspended. They hope for interference into their problem of President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov, to be sure that nobody will ever evict them from their houses," said the source.
Also, as reported by forced migrants themselves, their eviction took place basically because the officials from the nearby administration of Voznesenskaya village had evidenced at the court that no forced migrants lived in these barracks and agreed to their eviction.
Five families are forced migrants from the Prigorodny District of North Ossetia, 4 families - from Chechnya, and one more family is a needy one.
