Kadyrov puts responsibility for terror act in Grozny on Said Buryatskiy

Today, while meeting members of youth organizations of Chechnya, President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov made responsible Sheikh Said Buryatskiy, one of ideologists of Caucasian rebels, for the terror act committed on July 26 in central Grozny.

According to Mr Kadyrov, Alexander Tikhomirov, a native of Buryatia, more known as Said Buryatskiy, was training the suicide bomber for 18 months, and "made a suicide bomber out of a normal man and a young athlete Rustam Mukhadiev, by pumping him up with stupefying preparations and subjecting to psychological treatment."

Having reminded that Mukhadiev blew himself up in the centre of Grozny, having killed six persons, President of Chechnya has stated that the terrorist and his relatives are "condemned by everyone." "What kind of 'jihad' is it, if mothers and children of the casualties suffered on that day? What is the guilt of builders from Turkey and Georgia?" Kadyrov asked.

He has also stated that the militants' days are numbered, and they will be subjected to the most severe punishment, assumed by the Russian law.
