Russian Supreme Court is to consider matter of propriety of Malik Saidulayev's dismissal from presidential race

The Supreme Court of Russia is to consider on September 25 a matter of the propriety of Chechen businessmen Malik Saidullayev's dismissal from the Chechen presidential race.

Saidullayev was registered as a presidential contender on August 27, and two weeks later the Supreme Court of Chechnya revoked his registration. This was connected with breaches made while collecting subscription lists. The election of the president of Chechnya is appointed for October 5.
