Mutsolgov: Sulim Yamadaev could not declare blood feud to President of Chechnya because of the attempt

Magomed Mutsolgov, leader of the Independent Non-Commercial Organization "Mashr", expressed his doubts to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the data about an attempt of Sulim Yamadaev, ex-commander of the "Vostok" battalion, to declare by phone his blood feud to President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov and State Duma Deputy Adam Delimkhanov, as this method is not in the customs of blood feud.

According to Mr Mutsolgov, if Sulim Yamadaev is alive, the point can be only in declaration of enmity. "It means not to go to weddings and funerals, not to shake hands, not to run common business and have blood relationships. It will last until the opponents apologize and repay loss or damage. But the blood feud goes only from those, whose relatives were killed; and the murderer is the respondent," said Magomed Mutsolgov.

Let us note here that the spokesman of the Investigatory Department of Russian ICPO for Chechnya has reported on Wednesday about the launched pre-investigation check in the context of media's reports about an attempt to declare blood feud to President Ramzan Kadyrov and State Duma Deputy Adam Delimkhanov.

At the same time, according to the source, Sulim Yamadaev could declare blood feud because of the murder of his brother Ruslan Yamadaev.

Earlier, Isa Yamadaev had reported the ex-commander of the "Vostok" battalion tried from Dubai by phone to declare blood feud to President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov and State Duma Deputy Adam Delimkhanov, however the information failed to reach the addressees - the Imam of the Gudermes mosque, to whom Sulim had addressed, refused to transfer it further.

Besides, one of Yamadaev's relatives has supposed that Sulim was taken out to Europe for some complex surgery. One of the bullets that wounded the ex-commander of the "Vostok" special GRU battalion at the attempt touched the splinter remaining in his body still from the previous wound received in Chechen war; the splinter dislocated and damaged nervous ends, as the relative said.
