Kaloev denies involvement in Skyguide controller's murder

Vitaly Kaloev, the Russian national suspected of killing Swiss-based Skyguide's air traffic controller, continues to plead not guilty, Zurich Prosecutor Pascal Gossner said yesterday.

Kaloev was interrogated and presented with investigation results yesterday. The investigators believe these reinforce suspicions of Kaloev's guilt.

There are no specific indications as to another criminal yet, but the investigation does not rule out a third person could have performed as an accomplice or the hit man. Kaloev continues to be kept in a psychiatric clinic in Rheinau not far from Zurich.
