In Moscow, explosion occurs at commemoration held by natives from Caucasus

Late at night on September 4, in Moscow, near the summer cafe named "Artizan", located near the "Domodedovskaya" metro station, where natives from the Caucasus were holding their commemoration party, an explosion took place. As a result of it, one person was killed and about a dozen were wounded.

According to a source in law enforcement bodies, two wounded persons from the cafe were brought to the resuscitation ward in extremely grave condition. Among the victims, there are men and women of different ages, fortunately, no children.

According to the preliminary version, the explosion occurred at about 10:00 p.m. as a result of blowing up of a specially planted self-made bomb stuffed with destructing elements; specialists in explosives found metal fragments and bolts in the place of the incident, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

According to the source, the investigation studies different versions of the crime. "It's possible that the explosion was directly connected with the commemoration held in the cafe, where some thirty natives from the Caucasus were present," he added.

The "Echo Moskvy" Radio reports that the man, who threw the explosive into the cafe, escaped in a VAZ-2109 dark car: these are the preliminary investigation results.
