Victims of terror act in South Ossetia brought to Vladikavkaz

Four persons out of those wounded in South Ossetia by explosion in the territory of the South-Ossetian OMON (Special Militia) unit in the centre of the city of Tskhinvali have been forwarded to the Republic's Clinical Hospital of Vladikavkaz, the capital of North Ossetia.

In total, six OMON fighters were wounded by the explosion. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed at the Republic's Somatic Hospital (RSH) of South Ossetia that the victims had received fragmental and burn wounds.

"Today in the morning, we took in the wounded workers of the OMON of South Ossetia. They suffer from body burn and fragmental wounds. We've rendered them the first aid. However, unfortunately, four from them need to be transported to Vladikavkaz because of their heavy injuries, since there they can receive a more qualified treatment. The remaining two will be treated here. The condition the patients is heavy but stable," said Nodar Kokoev, the chief physician of the RSH.

The victims of the terror act are Zelim Dzhagaev, David Medoev, Alexei Beteev, Arthur Dzeranov, Inal Tedeev and Igor Naniev.
