In Krasnodar Territory, Rashid Gurzhiev from Kurmanch community kidnapped

On May 19, at about 12 p.m., about a dozen of persons in civilian clothes appeared in ward No. 14, Surgery Division, of the Central District Hospital of the city of Apsheronsk, Krasnodar Territory, and forced away patient Rashid Gurzhiev, a member of the Kurmanch community. His mother - Anna Gurzhieva - tried to object and received traumas of her head and arms.

Hasan Gurdji, Chairman of the Kurmanch community, has informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that in support of their actions the persons who came to the ward presented a statement of a certain captain from the service of the State Committee for Drug Monitoring ("Gosnarkokontrol"). Rashid's mother told the "Caucasian Knot" about what happened later:

"Since Rashid is heavily sick after beating, I tried to prevent them from taking him away. They handcuffed me to the bed and I lost consciousness. When I regained consciousness, Rashid was no longer there, only his slippers were left on the floor."

The press service of the Department of "Gosnarkokontrol" for the Krasnodar Territory refused to make any official comments on yesterday's incident in the hospital, insisting on a personal meeting with the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Meanwhile, Hasan Gurdji has added that yesterday at night Rashid's mother, Anna Gurzhieva, received traumas of her head and arms, which were certified by medical certificates.
