All the bodies extracted from under the fragments of collapsed building in Azerbaijan

In Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, the bodies of all the victims have been found under the ruins of the collapsed 16-storey apartment house. Thus, the total number of casualties has made 25 persons.

Earlier, 24 victims were reported, the RBK informs.

The "Caucasian Knot" has already informed that the 16-storey house crashed down on August 28 in one of the central districts of Baku, at 185 Mukhtarova Street.

Arif Shakhbazov, Honoured Architect of Azerbaijan, has declared on air of the "Leader" Azerbaijani TV Channel that the majority of newly-built objects in Baku can collapse any time because of roughest technological blunders at construction. According to his words, sometimes absolute dilettantes without special documents are engaged in the building process.

Vice-premier of Azerbaijan Abid Sharifov, chairman of the special state commission created to investigate the accident, has announced the examination results of concrete samples taken from the ruins: "I have to note regretfully, that the concrete grade was three times lower than required by the project. Under preliminary data, a similar situation is with the neighbouring building erected by the same 'Mutafekkir' construction cooperative."
