Young mother from Ingushetia transferred from a prison cell to hospital ward
Madina Malsagova, a resident of Ingushetia, who gave birth to a child while in custody, has been placed to a hospital ward. Today in Nazran, a court session will consider an opportunity to change her freedom restriction measure.
"Madina Malsagova was put to prison hospital," Natalia Estemirova, head of the Grozny branch of the HRC "Memorial", said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. "Her ward there is under guard. However, there are no conditions there to take care of the newborn. The child is still with the grandmother. It is on artificial feeding."

International human rights organizations have called on the members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) to confirm the suspension of Azerbaijan's powers and establish criteria for restoring them, including the release of political prisoners and enforcement of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).
