Russia's MoF prescribed to pay off all the debts to militaries in Abkhazia and South Ossetia

The Russian government has instructed the Ministry of Finance (MoF) to increase its budgetary allocations for 2009 aimed to pay all the debts and daily allowances to the personnel of the RF's Armed Forces, deployed in the territory of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

The MoF has received this instruction among other amendments to the 2009 budget, as says the statement of the government's press service on the outcomes of the Cabinet sitting on March 19.

The amended budget draft, which was approved as a whole at the sitting, should be today brought by the MoF to the government. Then the document will be sent to the State Duma, as the "Interfax" Agency reports.
