MoD of Karabakh: Azerbaijan breaks ceasefire again
Today, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh has stated a violation by the Azerbaijani party of the ceasefire regime in the contact line of armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan in several directions.
"At night on March 21, Azerbaijani armed forces broke the ceasefire regime in several sections of the contact line. Our positions deployed in the directions of Giradiz, Kyurdlar, Karakhanbeili, Ashagy Seyidakhmedli, Ashagy Abdurakhmanli, Mekhdili, Karvend, Karmiravan and Seisulan were shelled from small-calibre fire-arms and sniper sub-machine guns," the MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh has reported.
The "Panorama.am" Agency reports that after the response fire of the advanced subdivisions of the defence troops of Nagorno-Karabakh the shelling was stopped.
Besides, according to the Karabakh MoD, at night on March 19 and during the following day violations of ceasefire line by the Azerbaijani party were registered in other sections of the contact line, as the "ArmInfo" Agency reports.
There are no Azerbaijani comments so far on the above incidents.
