General Prosecutor's Office sends the "Neva-Express" Train case back to additional investigation

The General Prosecutor's Office has returned the case about the explosion of the "Neva-Express" Train for additional investigation. In the opinion of the Office, the investigation remained unfinished.

"The indictment was not approved, and the case was returned for additional investigation, since, according to supervising public prosecutors, the inquiry was incomplete," a source at the General Prosecutor's Office said to the ITAR-TASS Agency.

The criminal case was sent to the ICPO for additional investigation and elimination of the revealed deficiencies.
