Ruslan Kutaev's case

On February 18, 2014, in Grozny, the human rights defender held a conference on the deportation of the Chechen people. The event went against the order of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov to postpone to May 10 the Day of Remembrance and Sorrow of the Peoples of Chechnya. On February 18 and 19, Ruslan Kutaev was called by Magomed Daudov, but Ruslan Kutaev ignored the warnings. On February 20, Ruslan Kutaev was detained on suspicion of illegal possession of drugs.
