Court in Kalmykia to consider case on murder because of children's quarrel
The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kalmykia received a case for consideration of a murder and a murder attempt, which took place when adults went to settle a children's quarrel.
According to the investigation, in June 2008, in the settlement of Barun, Yustinskiy District, one schoolboy beat another; then, the parents of the beaten boy suggested the relatives of the offender "to settle the problem". For this purpose, according to the representative of the Investigatory Department of the Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation for Kalmykia, two families - six persons on the one hand and eight persons on the other went out into the steppe, where the relatives of the "offended" child opened fire at the opponents from the rifles they brought with them.
As a result of the fight, one of the participants of the incident died on the way to hospital, and two more were wounded, as the "Rossijskaya Gazeta" reports.
The investigation presented charges to three men. To one of them - of a murder attempt and a murder. To the second one - of deliberate causing medium gravity health damage and a threat by murder. To the third one - of deliberate causing light health damage, as the RIA "Novosti" reports.
